£55,000–£65,000 + Uncapped Commission

Are you a strategic sales professional with a passion for fintech, digital transformation, or digital communications? A fast-growing European technology company is seeking a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to drive market expansion across Ireland.

What The Business Development Manager / Sales Manager Will Do:

  • Create an Irish customer base from the ground up & monitor sales activity across the Irish market from a UK home – Must be comfortable with travel to Ireland when required
  • Develop and execute a targeted go-to-market strategy
  • Identify, nurture, and convert leads into long-term partnerships
  • Attend industry events to grow your network and market presence
  • Deliver compelling proposals with support from senior leadership
  • Own the full sales cycle – from first conversation to close

What We’re Looking For In The Business Development Manager / Sales Manager:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development in fintech, SaaS, or digital platforms
  • Confidence communicating with C-suite stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of digital payments or communications ecosystems
  • A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and growth
  • Experience with tendering processes is a plus
  • Willingness to travel to Ireland for client meetings and events
