We are on the lookout for an experienced Bid Writer to play a key role in winning new business and driving growth across a company specializing in high-volume, personalized printing and mailing services for businesses across various sectors, including financial institutions, government, and commercial organizations.
In this pivotal position, you will collaborate closely with the Business Development team and clients to lead the full bid lifecycle—from PQQ to final submission. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality, persuasive proposals and presentations that clearly communicate our value proposition.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of bid writing and management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings fresh ideas to the table.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and deliver compelling bids end-to-end, from kickoff to submission
- Translate complex technical content into clear, persuasive language
- Coordinate and collaborate across internal teams to develop winning solutions
- Plan, write, and review submissions to the highest standard
- Lead client interactions throughout the bid process
- Ensure all documentation is compliant, accurate, and aligns with client requirements
- Maintain and improve our bid library and contribute to best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in bid writing (ideally 5+ years)
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills under deadline pressure
