Looking for the next step in your career? Join our team! Readypower Rail Services is a growing rail plant hire company looking for a motivated and experienced Workshop Fitter to support our operations. This is a full time opportunity, based from our Newbury depot.

The role:

  • Undertake preventative maintenance tasks in line with the equipment maintenance plans and services schedules
  • Carry out repair works and planned inspections to determine whether plant and equipment is fit for purpose
  • Complete maintenance records fully and in a timely manner
  • Assist with depot workshop maintenance

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar field of a minimum of two years
  • Good understanding of English
  • Passionate, hardworking and driven
  • A full, clean driving licence

Desirable:

  • A CSCS card, PTS/ Sentinel card
  • Level 2/3 in plant maintenance or equivalent
  • Credited Certification for LOLER
