Readypower Rail Services is a growing rail plant hire company looking for a motivated and experienced SHE Advisor to support our operations. Based in Blantyre, this is a permanent, full time opportunity.

The role:

• Manage and undertake monthly depot inspections and safety tours
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings as required
• Providing KPI analysis data for SMT meetings
• Undertaking safety investigations

Requirements:

• At least 3 years railway experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident IT user, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)
