The role:

  • Daily management of the reception desk and performing a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Ensure ordering and invoicing aspects of Operations are delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Greet visitors and inform the relevant person that their visitor has arrived.
  • Answer and screen incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate department.
  • Scan payroll timesheets received in the post.
  • Book hotels as required for Operations and keep records up to date.
  • Ensure personal data is held securely, and in compliance with GDPR and company policy.

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience as a receptionist or similar role.
  • Friendly, professional attitude and appearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Be able to multitask and have good time management skills.
