Looking for the next step in your career? Join our team! Readypower Rail Services is looking for a Receptionist to support our operations. This is a part‑time, 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover), working Thursday & Friday, 8:30 – 5:00. The position is based at our Winnersh Head Office.

The ideal candidate will be confident to handle calls, greet visitors and support with administration tasks.

The Role
  • Greet visitors and inform the relevant department that their visitor has arrived
  • Answering incoming calls and directing callers to the appropriate department
  • Manage the Reception email inbox
  • Book hotels as required for Operations
  • Support with ad hoc administration
Requirements
  • Experience as a Receptionist, or similar
  • Experience using MS Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills and time management skills
  • High level of confidentiality and accuracy
