- Partners with content strategists (content creation oversight), campaign managers (content activation), systems teams (scaling and operational infrastructure), and BI (measurement, insights, and optimisation).
- Builds scalable content infrastructure: (centralised hub + AI‑enabled capabilities) to power demand generation and marketing activation at scale.
- Drives governance, continuous optimisation, and performance management of the global content ecosystem.
Qualifications and experience:
- Experience: 3–5+ years in content operations, marketing operations, or project management in a technical or fast‑paced environment.
- Systems Thinker: You have a passion for "executing the basics" perfectly and love finding new, more efficient ways to complete tasks.
- Technically Savvy: Proficient in enterprise‑level CMS (e.g., WordPress, SilverStripe) and project management software like Jira, Asana, or HubSpot.
- Collaborative Leader: You excel at working independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong relationships across different departments.
- Data‑Driven: You don't just guess; you use web analytics and feedback to refine strategies.
