We are seeking a Content Operations Manager to join our clients mission-driven team. In this role, you will be the "connective tissue" of our content ecosystem, building the systems and workflows that allow us to help millions of people find meaningful work. This is a position focused on scalability, efficiency, and high-quality delivery.

This is an AI first role; as our Content Operations Manager, you will not just manage content; you will manage the machinery behind it. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Creative, Product, and Marketing—to ensure our global content engine runs smoothly, consistently, and at high velocity.

The ideal candidate:

  • Have strong AI experience in Content Management.
  • Process Architecture: Design, implement, and optimise end-to-end workflows for content creation, approval, and distribution to reduce bottlenecks.
  • Tech Stack Management: Act as the primary administrator for our Content Management System (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools, ensuring they are integrated and user-friendly.
  • Quality & Compliance: Establish and enforce governance standards, including SEO best practices, brand voice consistency, and legal/copyright compliance.
  • Performance Tracking: Define and monitor operational KPIs (e.g., production lead times, content ROI) to drive data-informed improvements.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate between internal teams and external vendors/freelancers to ensure all parties are aligned on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Owns end-to-end content operations: Including intake, workflow design, taxonomy, governance, and performance visibility.
  • Partners with content strategists (content creation oversight), campaign managers (content activation), systems teams (scaling and operational infrastructure), and BI (measurement, insights, and optimisation).
  • Builds scalable content infrastructure: (centralised hub + AI-enabled capabilities) to power demand generation and marketing activation at scale.
  • Drives governance, continuous optimisation, and performance management of the global content ecosystem.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Experience: 3–5+ years in content operations, marketing operations, or project management in a technical or fast-paced environment.
  • Systems Thinker: You have a passion for "executing the basics" perfectly and love finding new, more efficient ways to complete tasks.
  • Technically Savvy: Proficient in enterprise-level CMS (e.g., WordPress, SilverStripe) and project management software like Jira, Asana, or HubSpot.
