We are a small ambitious creative Managed Services agency at a key growth stage with a growing portfolio of Big Tech clients. We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to the CEO / Founder to provide high-level, trusted support across executive priorities, operations, finance, team management and administration. This role goes well beyond traditional EA responsibilities; it is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants real exposure to managing SOW's, Contracts, Team Building and balancing financials.
Responsibilities include:
- Support preparation for meetings, travel arrangements, and external engagements.
- Provide hands-on support across company operations and general administration covering contracts MSP's, MSA's, SOW's.
- Help build and improve internal processes as we scale, including finance management.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements including flights, visas, and logistics.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and requests in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
You are consistently one step ahead of priorities, travel, and decision-making needs. Interest in tech and startups is a bonus; MSP and contract negotiations is a big plus. You enjoy anticipating needs rather than reacting to them.
