- Compensation & Benefits: Benchmark and administer competitive remuneration, benefits, and incentive packages designed to retain creative and technical marketing professionals.
- Policy Compliance & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date employee records, ensure data protection, and manage HR compliance. Track KPIs (e.g., turnover, time-to-hire) to refine HR strategies.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
