  • Employee Relations & Performance: Guide managers and employees through performance reviews, goal setting, and conflict resolution. Ensure consistent, fair, and legally compliant outcomes in all workplace matters.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Benchmark and administer competitive remuneration, benefits, and incentive packages designed to retain creative and technical marketing professionals.
  • Policy Compliance & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date employee records, ensure data protection, and manage HR compliance. Track KPIs (e.g., turnover, time-to-hire) to refine HR strategies.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: (2-5) years of proven HR generalist or specialist experience, ideally within an agency, B2B services, or tech-enabled environment.
  • Education: Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD in the UK, SHRM/HRCI in the US) are highly preferred.
