We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to work strategically with our client wider team. We are looking for a seasoned professional who is able to map and optimize customer journeys to maximize engagement, retention, and lifetime value. We are seeking an experienced individual who has experience in designing multi-channel automation (email, SMS, push notifications), running relentless test-and-learn programs, and analysing user behaviour to convert, upsell, and prevent churn.
Core Responsibilities
- Journey Mapping: Design bespoke multi-step messaging sequences mapping the ideal customer path from onboarding and first purchase to SKU upsell and renewal.
- Campaign Execution: Build, manage, and QA automated campaigns in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Marketo, Customer.io).
- Experimentation Engine: Drive A/B testing across messaging, send timing, and segmentation to continuously improve open rates, conversion, and ROI.
- Data & Analytics: Define campaign KPIs, pull data, build dashboards, and translate behavioural insights into actionable roadmap adjustments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and localised.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Partner with Sales to deploy highly personalized messaging to specific high-value target accounts.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 7+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth marketing.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM/automation tools like Braze, Marketo, or Customer.io, alongside funnel analytics (Google Analytics, SQL/Excel).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to leverage customer insights, behaviour data, and NPS scores for data-led funnel strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills and the ability to turn complex concepts into clear, compliant, and culturally tailored customer messaging.
