Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to the CEO / Founder to provide high-level, trusted support across executive priorities, operations, finance, team management and administration. This role goes well beyond traditional EA responsibilities, it is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants real exposure to managing SOW's, Contracts, Team Building and balancing financials. You will work directly with the CEO and closely with our teams embedded into our clients' Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Strategic Support
- Act as a right-hand support to the CEO, managing tasks, priorities, and follow-ups
- Anticipate needs and proactively manage the CEO’s day-to-day workload
- Support preparation for meetings, travel arrangements, and external engagements
- Operations & Administration
- Provide hands-on support across company operations and general administration covering contracts MSP's, MSA's, SOW's
- Help build and improve internal processes as we scale, including finance management
- Support staff screening, interviews, onboarding and coordination for new hires
- Work with our HR partner to deliver seamless team management
- Travel & Logistics
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements including flights, visas, and logistics
- Manage schedules across time zones and global teams
- Client & Stakeholder Support
- Provide occasional client-facing support as required
- Act as a professional and reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- General Support
- Handle ad-hoc projects and requests in a dynamic, fast-changing environment

Requirements
- 2 years of operational or administrative experience
- Direct executive support experience is a plus
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong experience with Google products
- Interest in tech and startups is a bonus
- MSP and contract negotiations is a big plus
- HR skills and experience
