Working here means being part of a highly coordinated, expert unit delivering actual outcomes. Our people get the best of both worlds: direct, high-impact engagement with Tier-1 global enterprises, backed by an agile structure built entirely around execution, complete professional autonomy, and zero corporate noise.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Strategist to lead thought leadership and solution-led content that helps our client engage audiences with credible, useful, and commercially relevant narratives.
This role sits within Growth & Experiences and is responsible for shaping strategic content that moves audiences from industry or business challenge awareness into solution understanding and action. Rather than owning high-volume campaign copy or day-to-day channel execution, this person owns narrative architecture, source content, and the strategic direction for high-value content that can be adapted and scaled across audiences, formats, and markets.
This person will create and evolve core stories, proof-led messaging, and modular content foundations that feed downstream campaign, channel, and AI-enabled adaptation workflows. They will use AI-supported workflows, where appropriate, to improve scale, personalisation, and efficiency without compromising strategic quality, governance, or audience relevance.
What success looks like
Success in this role means building a stronger and more reusable thought leadership and solution content system, not just more assets.
This person will help the team:
- build stronger POV-driven and insight-led narratives for priority products and themes
- create modular source content that can be reused across campaign and channel needs
- strengthen the connection between thought leadership, commercial storytelling, and solution education
- reduce unnecessary one-off content creation by establishing stronger strategic foundations
- improve the quality of AI-supported content adaptation through better source material, inputs, and guardrails
- ensure priority content is grounded in audience need, message clarity, and measurable business value
Core responsibilities
Thought leadership and narrative strategy
- Define and develop thought leadership themes that support growth priorities
- Create audience-relevant POVs that connect challenges, market shifts, and industry trends to differentiated value
- Translate strategic themes into commercially useful narratives that support campaigns, nurtures, webinars, landing pages, one-pagers, and sales-enablement content
- Own the strategic narrative for assigned products, solutions, or content themes, especially where content must bridge insight, challenge framing, and solution relevance
- Develop modular content foundations, including message hierarchies, proof points, claims inputs, content structures, and source narrative documents
- Identify gaps in the current content system and recommend what should be created, adapted, refreshed, or retired
Source content, review, and scaled adaptation
- Create approved source content and narrative guardrails that enable safe and effective adaptation by Audience Orchestration, Creative, Campaign Managers, and channel teams
- Ensure hero assets and anchor narratives are structured for reuse across segments, funnel stages, markets, and formats
- Help define adaptation rules so AI-enabled workflows can scale without diluting quality or consistency
- Review strategically important assets, particularly where thought leadership, solution framing, proof points, or AI-generated adaptations require strong editorial judgment
- Protect message quality, narrative consistency, and audience relevance across derivative content
Cross-functional partnership and continuous improvement
- Partner with Product Marketing, Audience Orchestration, Content Operations, Campaign Managers, Creative, Web, Demand Gen, and regional teams to ensure strategic content is aligned, activation-ready, and scalable
- Work with Content Operations to ensure content is correctly tagged, governed, stored, and discoverable within the content hub or repository
- Evaluate content performance and qualitative feedback to understand which narratives, formats, and proof points are driving engagement and downstream impact
- Use insights to improve future source content, narrative frameworks, and strategic asset choices
- Help define what high-quality strategic content looks like in an AI-enabled production environment
What this role owns
- Thought leadership content strategy
- Solution-led narrative development
- Hero and anchor content direction
- Modular source content for strategic themes
- Content guardrails for adaptation
- Strategic review of high-value or high-risk content
What this role does not own
- Day-to-day campaign management
- Full channel execution
- Content trafficking or project management across every request
- Repository administration or taxonomy ownership
- Landing page build or email build
- High-volume low-risk copy adaptation as a default production function
Key Requirements & Qualifications
We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking, strong writing instincts, commercial awareness, and structured content judgment.
The strongest candidates will likely have:
- deep experience in B2B content strategy, thought leadership, editorial strategy, product marketing content, or solution marketing
- the ability to turn complex employer, product, or market topics into clear and compelling narratives
- experience creating long-form and modular source content that can scale across channels and teams
- strong editorial standards and comfort reviewing content created by humans, agencies, or AI tools
- experience working cross-functionally with product marketing, demand generation, creative, and operations teams
- a strong understanding of how content supports progression across the customer journey
- comfort working in an AI-enabled content environment, including using structured inputs, templates, and adaptation workflows without compromising quality
Why this role matters
As AI-enabled content workflows mature, this role becomes more valuable, not less. We do not simply need more people writing one-off assets. We need stronger strategic source content, clearer narrative systems, and better editorial judgment so high-quality content can be created once and adapted many times without losing coherence, relevance, or value.
This role is essential to ensuring that thought leadership and solution storytelling remain distinctive, credible, and commercially useful as we scale content production across markets and channels.
