- Skilled in handling the full sales cycle – from the first customer interaction through to closing the sale

The Role
- Inbound and Outbound Reservations Agent
- Reporting to: Head of Sales & Customer Service
- 40 hours per week
- Working pattern: rolling 5 days a week over 7 days
- Office Based – Worsley

Job Description
As an Inbound & Reservations Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers turning enquiries into confirmed bookings through excellent communication and a customer‑first approach.
You will
- Make outbound follow‑up calls to customers who’ve requested a quote through our website – all warm leads, no cold calling
- Handle inbound calls from customers seeking quotations or advice
- Build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, and provide tailored storage solutions
- Manage the full sales process, from enquiry to close, securing business on the first call where possible
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission
- Work 5 days per week on a rolling 7‑day rota, which will include weekend shifts
- 20 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays (rising by 1 day each completed year of service) capped at 25 days
