We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and supportive Support Worker to join our team on a part-time, term-time basis.
This is a rewarding opportunity to help autistic children and their siblings feel included, confident and able to have fun during our after-school sessions.
You will play an important role in encouraging children to get involved, try new things and develop their skills in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Activities may include:
- Creative crafts and activities
- Simple food preparation and cooking
- Play, games and social activities
- Learning and developing new skills
- Building confidence, friendships and independence
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can encourage participation without pressure, celebrate each child's achievements and help create a positive space where children can have fun, learn and be themselves.
If you are patient, caring, creative and passionate about helping children thrive, we would love to hear from you.
