About Player Ready
Player Ready delivers creative digital learning to children and young people with SEND and SEMH. Through our Level-Up Alternative Provision, we teach skills like coding, game design, and 3D modelling in a supportive, inclusive environment—both online and at our UK venues.
What we are looking for
At Player Ready: Level-Up we\’re looking for personable, reliable, and skilled Online Mentors to deliver creative and empowering digital skill learning experiences to children and young people with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs).
We encourage applications from women, as many of the children we support are female and benefit from strong female role models.
What You\’ll Do
Deliver engaging, fully online 1:1 sessions
Teach digital skills such as Minecraft coding, Unity, Unreal Engine and Roblox game design, 3D modelling, animation, and video editing
Build trust and boost confidence through consistent, supportive mentoring
Tailor your teaching to suit individual learning styles and needs
Be a positive role model, helping learners discover skills, passions, and new possibilities
What We\’re Looking For
A genuine passion for working with children and young people
Reliability, trustworthiness and dedication to the role
Experience or confidence in delivering digital skills such as coding, Unity, 3D modelling, video creation, Unreal Engine, web design, MCreator coding for Minecraft and Roblox Studios
Excellent communication skills with other staff, children and their families
A friendly, patient and consistent approach
Understanding of, or willingness to learn about, SEND and SEMH needs
A reliable internet connection and suitable home working setup

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
