Registered Manager – Therapeutic Residential Children’s Home Location: Surrey / London Borders Salary: Exp Reg Manager – £60,000 to £80,000 / Dep Manager stepping up – £50,000 to £60,000. Contract: Full-time, permanent Are you an experienced leader in residential childcare, ready to take the next step in your career? About the Role As the Registered Manager for this therapeutic residential children’s home, you will: * Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment. * Lead and manage a dedicated team, fostering professional development and a cohesive work culture. * Implement and uphold safeguarding procedures, promoting the well-being of children in your care. * Develop and execute care plans tailored to the needs of each child. * Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including the Children’s Homes (2015) England Regulations and Care Standards. * Drive the success of the Ofsted registration process and maintain excellent standards in line with their framework.
