Position Summary
The CADC Supervisor collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to oversee clinical care quality in community-based mental health, addiction, and behavioral healthcare services.
Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with licensing, supervision, billing, and documentation standards.
The role involves discretion and independent judgment.
Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
- Either full certification as a certified alcohol and drug counselor (CADC) or certified co-occurring disorder professional (CCDP), or five years of clinical experience in substance abuse treatment.
General Requirements, Skills, & Abilities
- Minimum age of 21 with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently with flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
- Upholds ethical standards and maintains professional relationships.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Completion of required CPR/First Aid and program-specific training.
Tasks and Functions Representative of the Class
- Coordinates, oversees, and implements clinical services.
- Provides clinical supervision and training to staff.
- Facilitates individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
- Manages treatment plans, assessments, and discharge planning.
- Liaises with other agencies as required.
- Ensures accurate billing and adherence to policies and procedures.
