We are looking for a Practice Manager to lead and grow our software consulting delivery team. You will oversee client engagements end-to-end, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to a high standard. This role blends leadership, client management, and operational oversight.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop the consulting delivery team.
- Oversee projects to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
- Manage resource planning and utilisation.
- Own practice budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
- Partner with Sales on Statements of Work and scoping.
- Act as senior client contact and relationship owner.
- Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies.
- Promote best practices in delivery tools and governance.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years in consulting, tech, or professional services.
- Proven leadership of teams or delivery practices.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills.
- Excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder skills.
