We are expanding rapidly into the UK and Europe and are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to help drive this growth.
This is an experienced, hands‑on role for a commercially astute professional with strong GRC experience and proven enterprise sales expertise. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a “hunter” mindset, able to engage confidently with senior executives, build trust, and close complex enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth across enterprise accounts in financial services and other regulated sectors
- Work closely with a growing Partner Network to rapidly scale the business
- Build and nurture C‑suite relationships to position ReadiNow as a trusted partner
- Maintain rigorous standards of reporting, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline discipline in CRM
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in GRC solution or enterprise SaaS sales (essential)
- Strong track record of quota attainment and closing multi‑year SaaS agreements
- Demonstrated success with financial services institutions (FSI experience essential)
- Hands‑on, detail‑oriented approach with the ability to manage both strategic pursuits and tactical execution
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the presence to influence senior stakeholders
- Negotiation and stakeholder engagement expertise with the ability to “own the room”
