Alana House, part of PACT’s flagship Women’s Community Project, is seeking an Assistant Key Worker to join our team in Reading.

The role supports service delivery, helps create a welcoming, safe environment, and works directly with clients to develop practical skills and access training opportunities.

You will bring experience supporting people facing disadvantages, an interest in domestic abuse and criminal justice issues, and a commitment to high-quality, person-centred support.
