Would you like to become a vital part of our collaborative and innovative team to make a lasting difference to families? We’re looking for a Social Worker/Senior Social Worker to join our team, based from either Milton Keynes or London.

Location: Based in our Milton Keynes/London team, hybrid working, travel covering Milton Keynes, North London, surrounding areas.

Contract: Permanent full-time – 37 hours/week, Mon-Fri

About the role:

  • Undertaking ‘home study’ assessments (PARs), presenting these to adoption panel
  • Supporting families throughout the matching process and once children are placed, up until the Adoption Order
  • Participating in recruitment activities, training for prospective adopters

About you:

As a SW, you’ll bring a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in childcare social work and as a SSW, a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience. You’ll have an understanding of child development and the impact on behaviour of interrupted development. You’ll have excellent interpersonal, communication skills, demonstrating a commitment to EDEI within service delivery.

Salary: Social Worker - Salary in the range of £34,053 - £41,620 per annum. Senior Social Worker - Salary in the range of £39,292 - £48,022 per annum. If based from our London office, a location allowance of £3,299 per annum will be payable.
