BWA is looking to appoint a Property Maintenance Manager to deliver outcomes for the Refuge Manager in the practical aspects and property management of running refuges in Reading, Wokingham and Bracknell. You will be an active member of the team and adaptable to doing the wide variety of tasks involved in this role.
We are looking for an individual who is able to work in a fastβpaced environment, can work alone and is committed to building strong relationships with a wide range of professional contractors and suppliers. You must be able to follow and maintain the required health and safety standards, ensuring the safety of staff and our refuge residents.
BWA provides full induction and training to new team members to develop the skills required for this specialist role. An enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate for this role.
