Reading Rep Theatre seeks a hands-on Technical & Buildings Manager to oversee the day-to-day technical delivery of productions, hires and events, and to lead the safe running of the building in partnership with staff and freelancers.
The role requires regular duty technician shifts, including during performances, plus responsibility for health & safety, building maintenance, and emergency planning.
You will manage budgets and act as an out-of-hours contact, reporting to the Head of Finance.
