Reading Students’ Union is seeking a Part-time Representation Administrator to support administrative delivery of student representation, democracy and voice activity at the University of Reading. Based at the Whiteknights campus, you will manage records, onboarding, communications and events to ensure student feedback is captured and acted upon.

The role focuses on maintaining accurate information across systems, coordinating meetings and ensuring timely, professional support to students.
