About Reading Students’ Union

The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our four Student Presidents, the senior leadership team, and the Secretariat. If you enjoy helping people do their best work and keeping things running smoothly, you’ll fit right in.
What You'll do
- Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, prepare papers and briefings, and help our Presidents stay focused on delivering for students.
- Support governance activity, working closely with the Secretariat to ensure strong processes, accurate records and timely follow‑up.
- Keep communication flowing across students, staff and partners, and handle events, logistics, inboxes and day‑to‑day admin.
About You
