Reading Girls' School is seeking an enthusiastic, resilient and highly organised Behaviour and Engagement Coordinator to join our pastoral team. You will lead the Reflect provision and support student behaviour, engagement and wellbeing across the school.
The successful candidate will build positive relationships with students, parents and staff, monitor behaviour data, coordinate on-call responses and support reintegration into lessons, safeguarding and inclusive practice within our school.
