We seek to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and influential Teaching Assistant, who will inspire and provide excellent support to students. The successful candidate will work under the instruction/guidance of teaching/senior staff to undertake work/care/support programmes, to enable access to learning for pupils and to assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to supervise and provide particular support for pupils, including those with special needs, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities. You will be able to work well as part of a team, but also demonstrate initiative and the ability to work alone.
