We seek professional and committed Concrete Mixer Drivers looking for stability of employment and with a history of good attendance and reliability to deliver Ready Mix Concrete to construction sites and private addresses from our plant in Theale, Berkshire.
The Role:
- You will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of ready mix concrete to private and company locations.
- Ensuring all documentation is accurately completed with attention to detail.
- Adhere to safe working practices and daily vehicle checks, reporting any issues to the Foreman or Director in charge.
- A flexible approach to working patterns to aid the needs of the business.
What we expect from our Drivers:
- An understanding of all relevant Health & Safety legislation associated with the role.
- A good understanding of drivers' hours and tachograph regulations.
- To take pride in their vehicle and ensure it is kept clean and faults reported daily.
- Be reliable and punctual.
- Driver uniform and PPE to be worn at all times.
- Flexible work outlook with a can-do attitude.
- Paperwork completed correctly.
