Katesgrove Primary School is a large and friendly primary school in Reading. We are looking for a cheerful, enthusiastic, hardworking and committed person to join our successful and friendly school team.
Responsibilities- Main Reception duties including visitor management
- Dealing with pupil attendance, data and communications
- General admin and school support
- Monitoring of stock and school supplies
- Liaise with finance staff and suppliers
- Administration of medicines and supporting children with medical needs
- Receiving and checking deliveries
- Follow safeguarding procedures at all times
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection
- A wide range of support tasks for the office and wider school team
- Have experience of working in a school office
- Have common sense and an ability to work on their own initiative
- Work well as part of a team
- Have a flexible and adaptable approach
