Reading Borough Council is seeking an experienced HR leader to provide strategic direction and professional leadership across HR Business Partnering and HR Advisory services. Reporting to the Director of HR & OD, you will shape workforce strategy, drive organisational transformation and advise senior leaders and elected Members on complex workforce challenges.
