We have an exciting position for a full-time room leader to join our friendly supportive team. We have a lovely, hardworking team of staff and delightful children who deserve the best people working with them.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the effective day-to-day management of the room, ensuring high standards, compliance and resource management
- Support the development and performance of staff through mentoring, guidance and training opportunities
- Promote children’s learning, progress and wellbeing through quality EYFS practice, observation, and inclusive support
- Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external professionals to enhance children’s development and engagement
