You will coordinate Personal Education Plans (PEPs) for Years 12 and 13 and work with colleges, foster carers, social workers and designated teachers.
This role offers the chance to collaborate across services, monitor attendance, advocate for care-experienced young people and help maximise Post 16 funding.
