This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and lead our dedicatedresponsiveinterventionspace, our ‘ReDirect room’, and supportstudents whoexperience a period of disengagement in learning.Through nurturing support and identification of barriers to participation they ensure that students return totheir lessons successfully.The role involves leading on planning,monitoringand evaluating interventions to ensure effective outcomes and consistent communication across teams. As a visible presence around the school, they build strong, supportive relationships, model the school’svaluesand contribute to a calm,inclusiveand aspirational environment.
