The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
37 Hours per week - 8.30am to 4.30pm - Monday to Friday - Term Time, inset days, plus 1 week in holidays. Required 23rd February 2026.
We are seeking to appoint an HR & Administration Manager to join our warm and friendly team at Moorlands Primary School and Park Lane Primary Schools, where you will be a valuable part of the Federation teams and help support everyday life of the schools.
What we are looking for:
- Self‑motivated, dynamic and innovative
- Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise and show initiative
- Proven experience of HR and recruitment practice together with a logical and analytical approach to support process elements of Administration Management
- Experience of working in a school environment - this is desirable but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including pupils and staff
- A high standard of literacy & numeracy skills and a good knowledge of Excel & SIMs
