Permanent β All year round, 37 hours per week, with key person responsibilities. Part time hours will be considered β Hours are negotiable. Compressed hours working 4 days a week, across Monday to Friday, 7.45am β 6.00pm
Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a positive impact on early childhood development? We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioners to be a vital part of our vibrant nursery school community based at Amersham Road in Reading.
Responsibilities
- Implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged birth to 5 years.
- Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities to foster holistic development.
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and fellow team members.
- To support the integration of children with special educational needs and disabilities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum qualification: NVQ Level 3 or its equivalent in childcare and education.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children aged birth to 5 years.
- Demonstrated ability in delivering high-quality childcare and education.
- Warm, caring, organised, and dynamic individual with excellent knowledge of the EYFS and self-motivation.
