We manage building construction, refurbishment, and repairs contracts, delivering both capital projects and planned and reactive maintenance to our Corporate, Community, and School buildings. About the role: As a Building Surveyor, you will lead the delivery of fabric improvement and maintenance works for Corporate, Community, and School projects from initiation to handover. Your construction industry knowledge and expertise will be crucial in providing professional and technical advice within Reading Borough Council. You will engage and liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Procurement: Manage services and works contracts as required.
- Surveys: Conduct measured and structural surveys of properties.
