Reading Blue Coat School is looking for Sports Coaches to support its Sport & Physical Education department, coaching pupils throughout the School and managing one or more age-group teams.
The Role
The School needs netball and football coaches for the spring term, and cricket and athletics coaches for the summer term. This is a seasonal, part-time, term-time role of 8–10 hours a week, across sessions during the school day and after-school activities, games and competitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver coaching in your sport to pupils across the School
- Manage one or more age-group teams
- Support after-school activities, games and competitions
About You
- At least an entry-level coaching qualification in your chosen sport
- A strong background in playing or officiating sport
- Experience leading the delivery of your sport to children aged 11–16
- A full, clean driving licence (the ability and licence to drive a minibus is desirable)
