Job Summary: As a Renewable Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing renewable energy systems. You will be responsible for creating innovative, efficient, and cost-effective designs for renewable energy projects. This role involves collaboration with project managers, other engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met while maintaining high standards for sustainability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Design and Development: Design and develop renewable energy systems, such as BESS, solar PV and hybrid power solutions. This includes both conceptual and detailed designs.
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies, including site assessments, energy yield assessments, and cost analysis for new projects.
- Software and Simulation: Utilize engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVSyst, or similar) to model, simulate, and optimize system performance.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare engineering documents, drawings, specifications, and reports for renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Project Management Support: Work with project managers to establish project timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
