We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Finance and Administration to join our team at Read Motor Group. You will oversee the daily function of the accounts and administration team, complete an array of investigative tasks and projects, review internal processes to further develop the accounting function, and assist Managers through effective financial reporting. You will take responsibility for the monthly and yearly financial reporting and develop your team across the accounting and administration function. Managing the month/year end process, you shall manage the forecast and budgeting across the group, implement financial controls to manage cashflow, and streamline processes. Working closely with the Group Management team, you will have the opportunity to drive change by identifying and implementing both operational and policy improvements and ensuring that these are adopted as best practice.
