Parts Advisor to join our Aftersales department in Kings Lynn.
Key Responsibilities
- Upselling any VHC work reported and Service Plans.
- Calling parts customers and booking them in.
- Ensuring customers are kept up to date.
- Explaining and educating customers on the follow‑up process to encourage response.
- Preparing next day’s jobs, ensuring all parts are stocked and pre‑picked, recalls checked and service‑plan quotes processed.
- Managing card and cash payments correctly and following cash‑handling procedure.
- Ensuring all courtesy vehicles are on site, clean, fuelt, and ready for the next day.
- Liaising with the workshop for progress and technical advice.
- Creating and loading bookings onto electronic diary efficiently and monitoring the function.
- Filing paperwork.

- Working Hours
Hours of work are 8:30 a. m. to 5:30 p. m. Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota basis from 8:30 a. m. to 12:30 p. m.
