At Read Motor Group, every member of the team plays an essential role in shaping the customer experience and we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our established Aftersales department at Read Hyundai Lincoln.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor jobs in progress and update service personnel.
- Ensure all work is carried out accurately and to the highest quality standards, complying with MOT and safety directives.
- Ensure the correct tools and parts are used on each job to ensure customer satisfaction.
Our ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and be an MOT Tester. We offer a complete training package in line with company guidelines.
Hours of work are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with overtime on Saturdays on a rota basis from 8:30am to 12:30pm.

We also provide an Early Pay Scheme, allowing you to access up to £500 of your monthly salary in advance of payday. Holiday allowance is 22 days which can rise up to 25 days per annum served, with the holiday year running from 1st January to 31st December.
