Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a confident and customer-focused Contact Centre Advisor to join our contact centre based in the Hyundai Boston dealership.
Responsibilities
The role involves calling our existing customers to book their vehicle in for a Service/MOT or mandatory necessary work to the vehicle. You will be required to explain all the features and benefits of our products and services to customers.
Qualifications
- Contact Centre experience is preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience in the motor trade is advantageous but not essential for the position.
- Confidence in communicating with customers over the phone.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Friendly demeanour with a professional attitude.
- IT Skills.

Hours of work are between 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday with an hour unpaid lunch break.
- Salary: £26,500 – £30,000 per year with bonus.
