Due to continued growth, we are seeking a New and Used Vehicle Sales Administrator to be based at our Hyundai dealership in Lincoln. Working within a centralised administration team and reporting to the Group Sales Administrator your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining vehicle stock records in an accurate and timely manner
- Invoicing all vehicle transactions
- Ensuring that all information required to tax vehicles is received in time to allow for scheduled handover
- Ensuring that all Government procedures with regards to taxing are adhered to
- Completion of warranty documentation for Used Cars
- Maintaining all stock files to the required standards
- Using the vehicle ordering system to process and prepare new cars to brand standards
- Transferring car records to the correct type
- Processing and checking vehicle stock funding
- Working with the account department regarding vehicle costs and bonuses
Our ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team, meet deadlines and be self-motivated with a positive can do attitude. Strong IT skills are essential for the position and an ability to prioritise own workload. Motor trade experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given. Hours of work are 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with an hour lunch break. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a forward-thinking, family-owned company.
