We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Sales Controller to join our successful sales team at Read Hyundai Boston representing the Hyundai brand. As a Sales Controller, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and the role incorporates both selling and managing. You will achieve sales objectives by maximising opportunities from a long-established loyal database, which you’ll inherit on joining us. There will be a key focus for the Sales Controller to drive F&I performance in the department. In the absence of the Sales Manager, the Sales Controller will manage the sales team to drive departmental performance.
We place utmost focus on customer care; therefore, an ability to communicate at all levels and to build outstanding relationships with both customers and colleagues is essential.
