The role
We are seeking a highly capable and commercially aware PA & Office Manager to join our team in a busy and varied role. The position will primarily support the CEO and five members of the Company’s Senior Leadership Team, while also taking ownership of the day-to-day management of a dynamic and active office environment, alongside a broad range of administrative and operational responsibilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, highly organised individual with exceptional attention to detail, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced business. We are looking for someone who can provide seamless executive support, demonstrate sound commercial judgement, anticipate business needs, and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the office.

Responsibilities
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & LEADERSHIP SUPPORT
- Provide proactive executive support to the CEO and wider Senior Leadership Team, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and administrative support.
- Manage complex and frequently changing calendars, ensuring priorities are balanced, actions closed and leadership time is optimised effectively.
- Manage and coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation, visas and itineraries, ensuring seamless execution and cost-effective planning.
- Organise meetings, workshops, Board-related activities and leadership events, including scheduling across multiple time zones and managing logistics end-to-end.
- Act as a trusted partner to the Senior Leadership Team, anticipating requirements, resolving scheduling conflicts and exercising sound judgement and discretion.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials and other business documentation as required.
- Support company-wide initiatives, leadership communications and strategic projects as required.
- Manage expense submissions and corporate administration activities in line with company policies.
- Maintain the highest levels of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive business and people information.
OFFICE MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS OPERATIONS
- Take ownership of the day-to-day management and smooth running of the London office, creating a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for office facilities, building management and key service providers.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors and service partners, ensuring value for money and high standards of service delivery.
- Oversee office budgets, purchasing and procurement activities, demonstrating strong commercial awareness and cost management.
- Coordinate office maintenance, health and safety requirements, supplies and workplace improvements.
- Manage meeting room bookings, catering, hospitality and office events.
- Support onboarding activities including office set-up, equipment coordination and workplace readiness for new joiners.
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients and candidates attending the office.
- Manage deliveries, couriers, post and general office administration.
- Work closely with HR, Finance and IT teams to support business operations and employee experience initiatives.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of company events, offsites, leadership meetings and employee engagement activities.
What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of previous administrative or personal / executive support experience or other related professional experience
- Excellent computer skills: Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Teams, Co-Pilot, Co-Work
- Experience with scheduling and booking international and domestic travel itineraries
- Familiarity with budget management, expense reporting
- A highly organised, efficient and strong communicator with solid interpersonal skills
- A professional and positive attitude, even while working in a fast-paced environment
