Roles and responsibilities include:
- Plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate all unique care delivered to this home's residents.
- Administer medication as prescribed, with proper monitoring procedures being followed.
- To liaise with residents, staff, GPs, and other multi-disciplinary team members to promote quality care.
What we're looking for:
- Active NMC registration (Registered General Nurse)
- Ideally 1+ year post-qualification experience
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
