Site Supervisor £35,000 to £40,000 Northern Ireland Full-Time, Permanent Insulation Our client, a cavity wall installation and extraction company are looking to add a Site Supervisor to their growing team.

They are based in Belfast, Holywood, Derriaghy, Larne and throughout the UK.
They work throughout Northern Ireland and the UK so the role will involve travel in Northern Ireland depending on sites.

Day to Day: Support the Operations Manager to ensure install productivity and quality targets are met and work is planned and completed efficiently.
Champion health and safety on-site and complete weekly site audits.
Trouble shoot problems on-site as they arise, providing practical solutions and assistance to the team.
Follow a total preventative maintenance program that ensures equipment is maintained in accordance with safe working practices; this includes all install & extraction vehicles.
First point of contact for customer complaints, ensuring matters are resolved in a professional manner and where necessary referring unresolved issues to Operations Manager.
Liaise with sales colleagues to provide technical install advice for new build work, including visiting potential sites.
Assist with vehicle fleet management.
Requirements: 1 year or more experience in managing teams.
1 year or more on-site experience.
Current UK driving licence and CSR card.
iAuditor experience would be desirable.
