Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) Newry / Dublin – Competitive Salary Details:Monday to Friday, Pension, Company Car, Uniform. Are you a QS who specialises in Electrical work? Our clients are a specialist are an Electrical Contractor who specialize in the Electrical installs across NI and ROI. They work in various Projects in Commercial, Industrial and Data Centres. Responsible for: Tendering NI / ROI based Projects. Project Budgets and Commercial Forecasts. Assessment and management of subcontractors and their contracts. Agreement of Variations and Final Accounts. Working with onsite management, procurement, and accounts to cashflow projects. Qualifications: Degree educated in Quantity Surveying / Electrical background. 5+ years experience as a QS in Electrical Engineering. Proficient on MS Word and MS Excel. Can deliver Projects within Time and Budget. Driving Licence and 2 / 3 visits to NI and ROI Sites per week.
